It was so easy to add to our Shopify store to have live reviews and questions integrated seamlessly on the Product page. Thanks so much for such a great extension!

I can't praise the customer service of this company enough! From the moment I had an issue, they made me feel like a valued customer. Their response time was quick— I received a friendly and helpful reply.

The representative I interacted with was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in resolving my issue. They listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear, step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond; they didn't just solve my problem but also offered additional tips to enhance my experience.

The follow-up was equally impressive. After my issue was resolved, I received a courtesy email checking if everything was still working fine and if I needed any further assistance. This level of attention and care made me feel confident that I made the right choice by using their service.

Their support is awesome to say the least!
They solved the problem that the review could not be displayed smoothly due to the specifications of the theme we were using. Every time I send an inquiry by email, the text is very polite and I have a good impression.
You can choose to continue using this app with peace of mind knowing that they will support you if you encounter any trouble in the future.
While other apps had a hard time importing reviews or making it go smoothly, this one went very smoothly.
I don't usually write reviews, but I'm happy to write if it encourages them!
We want to keep the cost of the app as low as possible, but it's worth the money.
I expect the best apps and the best support in the future.

Our Google Shopping feed URL stopped working on 1 of our 6 stores using this app. The support team said that custom code is needed to create this feature which is not true because we have been using this feature for over a year on all of our stores. Our other stores are working fine syncing to Google. I would have hoped for better support by subscribing to the most expensive plan.

Great customer service! We were updating our theme and i couldn't get the star rating badge to appear by the price. I emailed them and they fixed it right away! Jigs was awesome!

It's kind of easy to import reviews from Amazon to shopify. You need to add a chrome plugin to do this, but it's easy and convenient.

Loading speed is pretty fast, better than the one I used before.

If you want to add some sections in the home page or making some changes, like editing the margin or title size, you need to add some CSS code. It will be much more convenient for us if the team can make an interactive surface to achive this.

Overall a good app and does what is should do.
