Very great service. I got all the help and support I needed. Not much improvement can be done in my opinion.
It's a cheaper alternative to the other expensive and spammy-looking apps. The customer service is amazing and they resolved my issue within 24 hours.

App disappeared all of a sudden. This is the error message "thimatic-apps.com unexpectedly closed the connection" It's been more than 14 hours now. No way to contact them
