Rivyo Product Reviews

App itself does not have major issue. Cannot export then import reviews to other sites, does not support product handler in other languages I guess.

Inconsistent customer support quality and speed, sometimes they do things really quick, sometimes they just spend a lot of time in fixing some really minor issues.

Buyer beware if you need things to be urgently complete on production site. For development environment it should be alright I guess as you got time to spend with them.

The CS shown the best effort to remedy even though you still need extra time to talk to them. They are really hardworking. Changed review rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

have been using Rivyo app for a while now. It has all the features you should be looking for. Their prices are very reasonable and I love using this app. If you want to add reviews to your shopify store, you must try this app.

I met some problems before, the review star can't show right. But their team is great, they help me to install it perfectly.

I love the fact that they allow importing Amazon reviews, which definitely boosts conversions and makes your product pages look higher-quality. Also, they supported me in making the app work on my store as I had some problems integrating it with my store.
