The app is great! The support is even better. We have a custom theme and they even take the time to help you fix issues which are occurring from the custom theme. I highly recommend them!

I am really liking this app and I use it on a few stores. If you know a bit of coding you can customize the look to fit your stores design. The support team has been real helpful and responds usually by the night of the request. I have used 2 other review apps but the overall functionality of this app has lead me to replace sole us this apps for reviews.

I had a ton of questions on how to utilize their app for general store reviews vs products and the rep that I was working with was not only responsive but very informative and helped pivot and we got what we needed. The customer service has been great!
