I have used this app on the Free Plan for about a month, and every time I have a problem that I dont know how to fix myself, I just reach out and they have a fix for it within 24 hours.

Lovely and speedy support, app function=perfection, could use a manual review edit feature and date adding for importing reviews manually in future updates.
