I've been used Loox for a long time, but I decided to change to the other platform because Loox UI doesn't look modern to me. In first, it's hard to set up your store with Rivyo, but they have the Best Customer Service! Highly recommended!

This is probably the best free review app, especially because it lets you use photos. The support team also helped me out a lot!
