I have tried five different review apps, but I ended up sticking with this one. The other apps had their own shortcomings, and I simply wanted a review service without having to pay extra for unnecessary features. I use this app to have reviews on each of my stores, easy to use, not expensive and great customization and support.
The customer service of this app is incredible! I give them not just 5 starts but a million stars! This is the second time I have been having issues that I couldn't resolve and although it happened that they were on holiday, New Year to them, they still are working and helping their customers. I wish more apps would have this type of customer service, where you can just chat with them and they resolve everything. Amazing app, amazing customer service! This app is a keeper, it does exactly what it is supposed to do and more. Get it, and you will not be disappointed, it is well worth the money!
