Beautifully designed review app with possibility to add pictures! Which is important for visallu attractive product like ours. Outstanding customer service: very quick and very good.

Easy to use, looks good and the price is very decent compared to other apps. Has all of the features I need like photo reviews, review requests, importing a large amount of reviews etc.

my app is not working .. it only worked for 2 days not its showing circles and i can't access any reviews.

I think you haven't set the app code to your theme.
I have sent you a Collaborator Account request which you need to accept so that I can access your store and set up the entire app perfectly.
You will find the Collaborator Account request in Store Admin > Settings > Plans and Permissions.

The app was working good at first, but then we had so many problems:

-PICTURES DISSAPEARING FROM REVIEWS (they told me that this happened because they had problems on their servers)

-REVIEWS THAT DISSAPEAR, it happen to us 2 TIMES !!! Almost 70 reviews just vanished like that !!!

CONCLUSION: Yes the app have a good design but their servers (based in India) are not reliable, you can put your business in high danger with their app.
