These guys are just awesome. the developers are super nice understanding and realistic about the app itslef..and they are super helpful in getting the job done. I had a duplicate issue and i had a customer service rep easily see what the problem was while fixing it. Again, thank you.

It is really great.And staff can help you to solve any problems you met.They help me a lot.This APP is free but helpful.
I had to get help to add this app as I wasn't familiar with liquid code and they quickly set it up for me and I cannot appreciate the help enough. I highly recommend them if you are wanting to have product reviews on your website and even allow people to ask questions about the products.
I highly recommend Rivyo.
Great UI, AWESOME support team that goes out of their way to fix ANY issues you have. I HIGHLY suggest using Rivyo....you'll be glad you did!
Brilliant free app for our guitar learning products. It does everything we want really well. Only thing we would like is to be able to add reviews to our front page as well as have the reviews show up under products shown within categories. The later may be possible, but the help file image is not expandable and not really that viewable. That aside, anyone who complains about this app obviously either doesn't know what they are doing or is a competitor trying to bad mouth the competition.
