It's free and it perfectly do the job. It focus on reviews+questions only and do it well.
It's not as complete as leaders in reviews apps like loox and similar but hey, it's free !

The designs are very good, importing reviews works wonderfully and customer service is really responsive.

the support team is 5/5, they were ultra-fast responding to my requests and installed the reviews as per my instructions. they also helped me fix a major bug on my store which took them quite some time; I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!

Great review app with clear font and features. It would be perfect if the developers can enhance the app by providing a feature where you can include automated after purchase review requests and that they can be synced directly to the products reviewed.
