There customer service is really great, they response almost immediately. And when I requested a new feature after a few weeks it was added that helps a lot for our for our business. Thank you for the great services :)

I am giving the app a 5 star review due to customer service. I am not good with computers and after sending an outcry for help to Rivyo I was taken care of immediately. They went out of their way, send e-mails fourth and back immediately until the app was perfectly installed on my website.

The website encountered some problems today. The Rivyo Product Reviews team was very good and actively cooperated to solve the code layer problems, allowing me to adjust the layout very appropriately, and the technical team responded very quickly.

So far so good! We have had excellent success installing the app and getting the reviews to show on our product page. We needed a little help importing the questions because we were using the wrong template format, but Jigs and the Rivyo team was quick to reply and walked us through it. Everything is working great and we couldn't be more pleased.
