nice app easy to use

I tried several different review app and this is the one, with all the features I need at low cost! The team are very helpful also. I give 5 stars because I can't give 6.

This app is great with a lot if different added functions. But what I really love is the customer service. Very helpful and really accommodating. So happy I found Rivyo!

Fantastic team, replies instantly. The app like they saw works flawlessly on a free theme and is installed in seconds. I look forward to use more of of Rivyo services!!

Fast support. Could use a faster way to edit multiple reviews at once though. But otherwise perfect.
UPDATE: I had a question about importing reviews and support said they would do it for me. They did it and messed up the entire formatting, different reviews were imported, the changes i spent hours making all undone and all I got was " we are very sorry ". They Took a long time to fix the formatting but i still have to go through all of them to make my changes once again. Not happy about wasting another day on it.

Very good app for those who are looking for free shopify apps. Installation is though semi-automatic, requires manual incorporation of codes.
