I wanted this app to help upgrade my reviews and be able to automatically reach out to my customers for reviews once their order has been delivered. 現行のレビューアプリから移行する必要があったので、こちらを選びました。
日本語には対応してなく、移行時に旧アプリからレビューを移す際にCSVファイルを上手く読み込まないというエラーが出ましたが、素晴らしいサポートでクリアすることができました。
無料でも十分レビューアプリとして機能しますし、追加機能やデザイン変更をしたければ有料に切り替えることもできます。
完全に設定するにはもう少しですが、問題なく運用できそうです。

Rivyo app is straight forward to use. Now I have all my Amazon reviews imported and many included as testimonials on my homepage which I feel adds a lot of value.
The support team have been very responsive in helping me achieve the visual layout of the testimonials.
