I have been using them for about a couple of months, and they get the job done.

Very Fast reaction, they respond to the question in less then 24 hours, and when they start doing it, they respond all my smaller questions within 30 mins

What I enjoyed most is easy set up and how we can display reviews and start ratings.

I had been looking for a reviews app where my customers could upload images of their products for hours. I had difficulty installing all other applications because I have limited coding knowledge. While completing the easy to follow installation steps provided by Rivyo, I opened the chat option for guidance from their team. Within minutes (literally minutes) the team member "Jigs P" had set the entire thing up for me and helped me custom it to fit the aesthetic of my store. I could not recommend this application and its customer service more! 5 starts

This app is great. The free plan is what I needed, you can personalize in many ways the colors and translations and the best feature is that you can import reviews with a .csv file. It's so easy and helpful when you have more than 300 reviews to import (even with images), Also I have to say that the customer service is so effective and fast, I contact them because I had some issue on how the images were showing at the product page, and they solve in the same day.
