I like the great customer service. I know nothing about codes, so I don't know how to install the app for my store. Thankfully Thimatic helped me sorted it out, and I'm happy with it. Thank you~~~

UPDATE: I ended up switching to Judge.Me because I need in email reviews. Clients found it hard to find where to leave reviews. But this app is easy to use

I absolutely love this app! My reviews are branded and super cute. Emails are sent to get reviews and clients can also ask questions. LOVE!!!

contacted customer service and they set me all up. finally able to show some reviews with hopes that that's what I was missing
