Nice app. It was confusing to use at the beginning, but customer service was helpful and I am loving this app now especially it is free.
Excellent plug inn. The service team is really available and competent. I recommend and s/o to Jiggs for the fast help.

I tried many different customer review apps and I cant tell you, that this is the best one you can get if you want all the functionality for a affordable price. Also the customer service was really nice and helped me to tweak some small stuff. Thanks for the help :)

There were some problems with my store template, which caused the comments to not be displayed correctly, but the customer service staff helped me solve the problem perfectly! !

Customer service and tech support is absolutely top of the line. I sincerely hope it stays that way. 5 dollars per month for the advance plan is a steal. Let's hope it stays that way too. The application itself did give us a couple of headaches and created 1 strange bug with our collection page but it was fixed in a timely manner by their team. Other than that the app works great.
This is a great App to make your customers feel confident about your products. Reviews are very easily manageable and you can import them from anywhere like Amazon or Aliexpress. Customer service is good too.
