I really like this app and their customer service(Mark). Thank you all for the help and brilliant app.

The app is easy to use. I initially encountered a small technical issue and sent an email to their helpdesk. They were quick to respond and resolved my issue quickly.

My only recommendation is that when the customer clicks on the write review email, their product purchase page shows up and I have to tell the customer to scroll all the way down and click on "write review" link again in the product page in order to write their review. It would be great if the site automatically takes them to the write the review portion.

In my opinion, it's one of the best apps for reviews: it's very easy to use, the customer support it's very friendly, fast and helpful, the price of the paid version it's affordable. I like it very much!
