It's fully customizable, but sadly not 100% compatible with our store. The support team responds fast and patiently even helping with uninstallation. Wish you all the best and I recommend this app:)

Amazing app, and awesome support. I needed something where I can MANUALLY add reviews. Best of all, you can add BOTH a profile image, and product image. You can also turn on/off many different features including date and social share. Highly recommend!

Amazing app. Very fast customer service. The best free reviews app. Submitting a review process is little bit lengthy for customers but good work and worthy to have this app. It also include questions and answers section.
