the support i get is INSTANT! really , they reply to me within a minute and fix my issue within 5 mins... I cannot believe it, this is by far the best support I have even had in my life

checked almost all the top ones for review section and this is by far the best one out there. almost didn't beleive it was free

The app is easy to use. I initially encountered a small technical issue and sent an email to their helpdesk. They were quick to respond and resolved my issue quickly.

My only recommendation is that when the customer clicks on the write review email, their product purchase page shows up and I have to tell the customer to scroll all the way down and click on "write review" link again in the product page in order to write their review. It would be great if the site automatically takes them to the write the review portion.

Great customer support, very helpful and always there to help! Have used them twice and always have had my issue fixed within minutes.
