I have to give major credit to Rivyo's customer service. I asked about changing spacing and fonts on the testimonial widget, as well as adding star ratings to the collections page. Within minutes, they went in and did the changes FOR me! App works great as well. Highly recommend!

As a beginner I was having trouble getting the reviews to show up in my store after connecting Rivyo. I reached out to the Rivyo support team and they replied in less than a day and offered to set up everything for me! I have a lot of great reviews on my store now and I didn't have to lift a finger. 10/10 experience.

とにかく、サポートが迅速で素晴らしいです。

現行のレビューアプリから移行する必要があったので、こちらを選びました。
日本語には対応してなく、移行時に旧アプリからレビューを移す際にCSVファイルを上手く読み込まないというエラーが出ましたが、素晴らしいサポートでクリアすることができました。

無料でも十分レビューアプリとして機能しますし、追加機能やデザイン変更をしたければ有料に切り替えることもできます。
完全に設定するにはもう少しですが、問題なく運用できそうです。

We updated our theme and the app stopped working and we didn't understand why. We wrote to their developers and within 2 hours they fixed everything. Excellent and professional fast service, I recommend this app to everyone.
