Great customer service app! Keeps conversation history with customers which makes managing your customer database super easy. Impressed with the feasibility of this app and its ability to multi-manage email, chats, and follow up templates. iPhone and iPad apps make it easy to use on the go and keep up to date with your customer feedback and be proactive with them!

I've just started using Robin to manage all my service emails. I hadn't used anything in the past and struggled with following email trails. Robin has helped with keeping a record of past conversations, easily including common answers to FAQ's, and show if they converted to a customer (purchase a product).

I really like it, and can see me using it for all my business needs, especially when Facebook relationships are integrated in the near future.

Well done Robin - a whole lot simpler then Zendesk and more intuitive for a small business owner and adaptable on iPhone, iPad and iMac

This app works well. Support has been above and beyond and I can attribute several orders directly to the fact that I have this app. Thanks Robin!

However, they recently priced themselves out of viability for our business. It's really too bad, because it's a great tool.

The ROBIN dashboard is great because of the way it offers a streamlined view of customer communication.

The fact that ROBIN, and now RetentionGrid, is accessible via an app for my ipad and mobile means that I have instant access when responding to questions. It saves me tons of time and increases the quality of the service I can offer.

We love using ROBIN! We are a small business and this eliminates the need for having to hire a customer service representative. I'm pleased with how easy and efficient responding to our customers is. We use the iPhone app - and we can answer customer inquiries immediately. Any questions I've had for them were answered quickly with the right solution. Nothing but good things to say about ROBIN!

ROBIN has lots of functionality but not too much. We love working with this app as it keeps all our live chats and support emails neatly in one place. The Shopify order information is awesome - really helps us address questions fast!
P.s. Loving the RetentionGrid integration guys!

We've been using this app for the last 4 months and like it a lot. It is easy to use and to keep all customer emails well organised. Robin's own customer service is great too. I would highly recommend this app.

We have just started using Robin as our customer service system after a 2 week trial. The ability to link the emails to the order is very helpful and the ability to internally communicate and distribute queries among our staff is also great. The ROBIN staff has been very helpful with training and responsive to feedback and suggestions. While the system still has some missing features and structures that could be made more user friendly it is a great way to manage customer service efficiently and after interacting with the ROBIN team I feel confident they will continue to improve the app based on the feedback and response of their users.
