Stopped working on Mobile devices across the full site. Their dev gave a meager attempt at helping, then ghosted us completely. We have 100s of robin pro galleries set up and now have to completely transition away. I highly recommend anyone looking at this to pick one of MANY other solutions, preferably one with good customer support.

Can't modify classes for any of the images or containing wrappers. Also 10 images in free plan is simply not enough.

Hundreds of my happy customers will confirm that I'm always more than happy to help or accommodate useful feature requests. This store owner made no effort to reach out to me through standard channels so I had no chance to help them configure the app to better work with their store.

Secondly, Robin PRO is a premium app running on top-tier infrastructure. I wish I could provide more images in the free plan but hosting them isn't free. It's a best effort to provide as much value as possible to small store owners. If it doesn't meet your needs, you might be better-off using alternative free apps that don't invest heavily into speed and user experience.
