I used this app for the first time and have to say I'm very happy with the product. The ability to import all my stock and info from eBay over to my shopify store is extremely quick and helpful, it saved me a lot of time.

I would definitely recommend this product.

Robo Product Importer is an excellent app and makes importing products quick and effortless. The platform is easy to use and saves a lot of time. What really stands out is their customer support(Rupali), extremely responsive, patient, and always willing to help until everything is sorted. Highly recommended for any Shopify store owner.

This app is glitchy and doesn't import variants. Lately, it's been only showing one single image in the product import section or random images that don't belong in that listing. This app is upfront with stating no variants can be imported in their description but this is my review and one of my reasons for uninstalling your app. Also, I uninstalled this app to avoid the recurring charge and can no longer show examples of the image issues. I will bump your rating back up from a 2 to a 3-star because this app can be useful to customers that don't have multiple color or size variants to pull into their stores, and don't mind manually downloading additional images.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Our sincere apologies if you’ve had a less-than-perfect experience with us.

We want to clarify that our app does not currently support importing variants, which is already mentioned in the app dashboard. We have also not advertised variant import functionality on our Shopify listing page. We have been given a negative review for no fault of ours.

Additionally, our team emailed them multiple times regarding the image issue but have not received a response.

Useless app. I am using this product for downloading from Amazon. It will not download description & only one image. Others we need upload mannually. Its a bug. They have to correct that

This app has saved me SO much time! Works on the majority of stores on most products (minus a few glitches here or there) but the developers are super fast and friendly and have jumped to my rescue when something needed tweaking and it worked straight afterwards. Highly recommend!

This app saves me I'd say 1/3 of the time uploading products to Sweatfully.com

It can add all the main components to a product, but unfortunately can't add variants and all pictures. I hope in the near future, variants will be able to be added!

At first, the app was not working for me, I then reached out to the customer service team, and they were quick to respond! They looked into the challenge and got the app working for my store!

Definitely will be continuing to use, as any time that can be saved, adds up!

Updated review: the team was so courteous to reach out to identify the issue and corrected it. There were issues that are resolved as I used it to upload nearly 50 products without the hassle of a csv. I would fill in the rest but the heavy lifting is done with this app.
After that its my responsibility to customize my pages to how I need to present it. A good team who reaches out and thoughtfully solves and discusses issues.
