You can also set FAQs to display without searching, gain insights through customer searches, and collect emails for marketing (if desired).

Had the app installed a few days ago and it's going well so far. Nice to get insights about the questions customers have that aren't on our FAQ section already. It's actually surprising the things people are wondering that we would have had no idea about without the app. Will report back later with any other findings but so far its a solid app.
