Rockerbox was working really well. But over a month ago it stopped recording the sales from our store and the support has been extremely slow.

We continue to pay for the service but we can't use it...

I'm honestly disappointed by the support efficiency.

I couldn't get it setup with my ad platforms. When I asked for help they told me to clear my cache, which I did and it still didn't work. Too much trouble, so I'm uninstalling and will try another app.
