For initial start you can use this platform but if you get a little bit more mainstream and get more than 150+ orders a day. They are unable to ship orders. product prices are very high. High RTOs should be expected. product quality is poor and no third party labelling on products. payments are a huge issue. imagine selling 7 lakh of product in 10 days and wait for the payment for 7-20 days and getting 80% rto. They are not professionals. Their team dont know jack about Ecom. Its just the dashboard which looks good but there is no good tech. orders dont sync. they dont fulfil orders. beware of Ropso Clout you will come into loss. its better to orders inventory and sell your self.

I started to list products from roposo on my store but when I ordered a product the packet was empty and 2nd time when I ordered a new item the delivered package was unsealed and broken and the product quality was also bad and the color was not the same

I recently tried this app, but unfortunately too many loopholes.
1. The orders get canceled by their delivery partner, On calling back the customer to take their remarks, some say they never got a call and the delivery person asked the COD and the delivery partner initiates RTO for no reason, which leads to a loss on that specific order, but ROPOSO chargeback that RTO money from your wallet.
2. The payment structure is completely hidden, so you don't know how much money will be processed into your account. Nothing is transparent
3. Their delivery system is really weak, no further attempts are made most of the time and they don't follow up with the delivery partner, When you call the customer they say they haven't received any calls from the delivery partner, hence it results in an RTO. FAKE ATTEMPTS & FAKE REMARKS mostly. Out of 20 orders 16 RTO and 4 Delivered (This is their Delivery and RTO rate). DO NOT USE THIS APP if you want to grow your business. They will drain away your money.
4. When calling their helpline number, they will listen to you and keep you on hold, then the phone call gets disconnected and they don't call back, hence very poor and bad customer service. They have assigned me a Key manager to give me daily reports (but they key manager never got in touch with me, in short they just say but they don't look into the matter and keep you ignoring).
I HAVE ALSO MAILED SHOPIFY SUPPORT ABOUT THE SAME:
I have been using the service from ROPOSO CLOUT and to let you know that the service is really 3rd grade, I request Shopify to take down your partnership with ROPOSO CLOUT APP as they are cheating numerous Shopify store owners with their downgrade services. 1. Lack of payment clarity, 2. RTO rate is 90% as their delivery system and followup is worst, 3. Very Very bad customer service, They don't resolve the query but keep you waiting and the order gets RTO. 4. When NDR is raised they don't give your remarks a value and function their own way. I request that Shopify take serious action against them and take down their app so that they don't cheat and fraud with other Shopify store owners.

***READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APP***** Worst app ever. Never use this. 1. Prices are 20% higher than amazon and flipkart. (you have to add margin to it after that). 2. Your delivery will automatically get cancelled for no reason. Just think about it, you run ads from your own pocket to get a customer then when it's time to deliver, seller cancel it for no reason. 2. Even after you got your order, even after it says stock available you can not confirm the the order because it's out of stock. How frustrating is that? 3. When they need you to use their platform and make them money, they will call you many times and even connect you on whatsapp. But if you face a problem, they don't even reply to your whatsapp or answer your phone call. A bunch of amateurs are sitting there. At least receive my phone and tell me you cannot solve the problem. It's like they saved your number, and they will answer calls only they think they need to cause I called from another number, and they answer. Now you judge how mature business people are these guys. 4. They do not even pay properly. I got a message I will receive 1954. But they pay me only 753. And you can not see that on roposoclout app btw. You have to have shop101 for that on your mobile. Now you decide this app is for you or not.

Its been more than two weeks now after the products were delivered and cod was successful but Roposo still has not credited the amount to my bank account and on top of that the customer support is next to ZERO.

This is the worst App I have seen.
I recently created a website and integrated roposo Clout, i ordered a product to check the process and other things, when courier partner (Delhivery Agent) called me, he literally told me that please cancel the order as you might get something else in this and this product is non-returnable. I was shocked to hear that, then i realized that roposo charge 140 rupees for RTO, so if any order gets RTO roposo get 140 and delivery agent might get few portions without delivering it. this is their business.
I have complaint about it but no action taken, currently testing for few more orders if the situation remains same, i ll uninstall roposo and look for other drop shipping.

After using 1.5 year now I say roposo clout is worst platform for dropshipping in India. Never use roposo clout if you want to make a profit in dropshipping in India. Maine 600+ order liya tha par sare order rto ho gaye aur sirf 30-40 order delivered hue aur sab RTO. Maine kuch 50000 karh kiya winning products fine karne me aur iss product ka ads run karne me par sirf loss hua. Aur ha Maine check karne ke liye khud ek product order kiye aur products mujhe delivered bhe ho gaya par roposo clout me RTO dikha Raha hai. Ye sab scam kar rahe hai. Roposo clout kabhe mat use karna.

Lots of problems with the platform. No coordination between themselves. Taking huge time to resolve issues. Sellers listed are sending broken or defective or missing products and when the customer returns which they will surely do after recieving such products the dropshipper has to pay for the return charges. Service is bad communication is bad overall bad experience. Dissatisfied!
