Orders will get RTO despite your communication with your customers. Customer story and their story are different.

The reason is that the delivery agent often tells customer the package may be a scam and not to accept.

This happens because the merchant(Roposo known as shipstreak on courier panel) frequently ships wrong/damage unit.
