Trust me, if you were looking for shipping insurance, you want Route.
With the increasing problem of package theft after delivery, we were suffering from long and difficult calls with customers and carriers, and were never feeling like the outcome was ideal. Route Shipping Insurance puts the decision to protect your package in the hands of the customer, so they are able to add insurance at the point of checkout for a low fee, and also see that if they opt out, we do not cover that loss.
Sales and Support teams at Route are phenomenal and very responsive. It took minutes to integrate and from that moment we've been feeling secure in our deliveries and our ability to serve our customers better than ever in the case of lost/stolen/broken packages.
My customers and I love this option! the app was VERY easy to install and to work. It gives my customers and I peace of mind at a very affordable cost! Thank you!
Everything so far has been an awesome experience. We haven't had a claims or anything yet but our customers seem to really like the added protection offered through Route. Customer service has been great as well. Our account manager just reached out to us to show new features and to see how we were doing. He is very pleasant to work with. No complaints here. I love how easy this app is to install and use. It gives me peace of mind when customers purchase the shipping insurance especially with the shipping delays occurring right now. Highly recommend route.

Route was incredibly helpful with getting our reimbursements paid out correctly. We had made a mistake linking our bank account, reimbursements had to be retroactively calculated a whole year back. Our customer success rep was incredibly responsive and totally on top of it. Turned a head-ache of a situation into a very positive one!

Route has been a pleasure to work with from the start. We’ve been working with Route for package protection for the last 3+ years and over a year ago added the track service as well. It’s been nothing but a breeze working with them and the team. Additionally, we have had very specific issues throughout the years and route has always stepped up and assisted us in finding a solution. I highly recommend!

Great service. Adoption rate among customers has been very low. But we love the service so much we are considering changing our model so that we pay for route coverage on all orders rather than leaving that decision up to our customers. The integration with Shopify is great. Looks professional and i believe is easy for customers to use. The Route triggered post sale communication with customers is perfect and on point re: letting them know how to use the Route coverage/file a claim.

Route has been great to work with! Installation of the toggle switch on my checkout page was super fast and easy. They even coordinated with my fulfillment center to make sure that the skus were set up correctly with their system. Super great service! It makes my customers AND me really happy when we don't have to lose money on lost shipments.
