We have loved having route! It's great for our customers to have them easily be able to get a replacement/refund if anything goes wrong with their shipment. Especially around the holiday season. Most of them have been adding route to their purchases which helps our customer service team as well.

We have been very happy with the Route Protection Package for our customers. The response time has been great, and the claims get resolved quickly. As the merchant, we really like the support we receive from our customer success manager. Having the Route business review and going over customer feedback was valuable, too.

Route has been a great support to our business. Their help in providing assistance to our customers who deal with the frustrating experience of lost, stolen, or damaged packages has been invaluable.
