Route has been a great decision for our business and the best choice for our customers! This has seriously been a game changer when it comes to providing the best experience for our businesses. It's free for us to have it on our site and the tracking app is incredible for our customers (also free). We manage several sites and we have had dozens of customers specifically mention how great it was working with Route, so I'm not sure where these other reviews are coming from.

I was reading some of the reviews - Route has been delayed slightly the past few weeks due to COVID-19 (so have we) but they messaged me proactively letting me know at the start of the month. Just got a notification from them that they're back to usual resolve times this week. If you're on the fence, try it. You won't be disappointed.

This app is a no brainer for brands that care about their customers. Install was easy. We have seen the majority of our customers add Route Insurance to their carts. Route solves a real problem for us. USPS has inconsistent deliveries at times, packages get stolen, and a host of other issues which are out of our control, yet, impact our ability to delight customers.

We love Route for solving this issue. You should too.

The integration process was easy, and our Reps, Easton and Karlee are super knowledgeable and very quick to respond. We are early in the adoption process however Route has already deflected several issues from our Consumer Affairs team. I expect this number will only grow from here!

Route has helped my business a ton. We lose a lot of packages via USPS and route takes care of all it. It can be such a headache dealing with shipping issues. I highly recommend route for any small or growing business.

App installation was easy. Customers seem comfortable paying the small additional fee and the first customer claim was dealt with quickly and effectively. I would love to see it added as a service fee or shipping fee instead of an additional item in the cart, but that seems to be a Shopify restriction that they are working through.
Overall, a very worthwhile app.

Route was incredibly easy to set up in our store. We have already used Route for 3 of our customer's who had issues with the delivery of their packages with no issue! At first I thought it was too good to be true but their service is completely free and every store should use Route to minimize customer shipping issues.

Really great concept, super friendly staff call and very personable. I spoke to a executive success manager, after installing and was quite literally impressed, I wish I had thought of this idea. I do plan on working on implementing it on my store as I do offer returns and often stolen packages are a process that I do not want to handle, they don't charge you anything, they are very transparent and always have your interests in mind, I mean any question I asked, was answered promptly during my call, and I felt that after discussing the pros and cons, and reading positive and negative, it seems like they were just starting, just had a rush of black friday orders, and some application downloaders didn't really care? I mean, don't forget how much a 1 star effects your store guys, so at least look at the idea, see if they do help, from what I experienced, as a shipping solution, this provides your customers tracking, peace of mind (social proof in a way) , very modern look, the team will integrate it for you and to your theme's design and well... I think it's a great shopify app for those looking for an application for shipping policies and avoiding fake shipping reports, scams, and even real claims! 1 Less thing you need to do and 1 more thing they need to do for you, and they are happy to do it! So, give them a DL!
