Super easy to get up and running, and I save so much on shipping costs bc I no longer need to purchase additional insurance. And the peace of mind is invaluable- so glad I don’t have to stress about a customer saying they didn’t receive their order anymore. They can file a claim with one click, and the cost of coverage is nominal (and paid by customer!). At no cost to you, it is crazy to not offer this to your customers. Highly recommend.

It's super simple to integrate and an easy option for customers to select at checkout. We've had customers already use it for lost packages.

Our business loves the services that Route offers. It is so nice to have an extra layer of protection on an order that doesn't leave us responsible for something that happens in shipping. Annabelle Jackson, our customer success manager, has been so great to work with! She keeps us in the loop about new services and always helps us find ways to best use our funds!

I've had to file a claim, and the process was great for both my customer and me! I appreciate being able to go through Route vs dealing with the USPS. Also, when I had a question about my claim, a customer service rep answered me right away.

Route has been amazing and is constantly innovating and improving their product offering. We've recently started using the beta for the Klaviyo post purchase flow integrations, and it's been great! Looking forward to seeing what else Route comes out with in the future! Our customer support team has thanked me for getting this service installed for them as well, it has taken a load off of their shoulders as well.

Setting up Route was easy and effortless, and our customers really like it. We weren't sure if it would be something they would use so we leave the toggle off and let them manually toggle it, and we've had a lot of customers add it to their order. It's been helpful for them to track their order and easy for us if any packages get lost or damaged.
