As the person who has to deal with pretty much every aspect of our brand's online business, Route is a godsend. Not only do we get to decrease costs associated with rogue shipments (replacement units, additional shipping, etc.), we also get to increase customer satisfaction at the same time. This, in turn, means that means I will have to deal with fewer upset customers. AND Route is free for merchants? It's a no-brainer. Literally every eCommerce store should be on board. And a special shout-out to Colton in eCommerce Partnerships as well. He has been communicative, helpful, and prompt in response every step of the way. 13/10, what's not to love? Very much looking forward to our continued partnership.

Route is a Godsend for small business owners like us. We have had issues with the post office reliably delivering our packages and have lost a lot of revenue having to resend or refund orders. Being able to insure all our packages through route has boosted our confidence in sending out our orders. Thank you so much for this amazing service!!

Route has been an indispensable asset for our business, providing a solution to the nightmare of getting reimbursements from our shipping provider, which was previously a significant challenge for both us and our customers. With Route, the process of obtaining a new product or reimbursement has become incredibly simple and easy.

One of the biggest issues we faced was product damage during transit, resulting in lost profit. Thankfully, Route has provided us with an effective solution to recover these losses, whether it be for damaged, lost, or stolen products. It's worth mentioning that some negative reviews we've seen about Route are due to poor business management from the company they were purchased from. As someone who handles all the emails about incidents that occur, I can confirm that this is often the case. It's essential to understand that partnering with Route is a two-way street. Both parties need to take responsibility and do their part to ensure customer satisfaction.

The easiest and best thing we could have done for our site. Gone are the days of having to deal with the touchy verification of customer insurance claims. Route was up and running on our site within 48 hours. Since implementing, Route has improved our conversion rates, while providing our customers (especially those overseas) with a greater sense of purchasing confidence.

Route has been great for the customers that have purchased it! Super easy to use and any issues I've had have been handled great. I wish there was a way to educate more customers on why they should do it. The only interesting thing I've seen while viewing my customer's behaviors is sometimes they get scared and back out of the sale when they see it automatically added. I wish you could do it on the back end somehow.

I honestly didn't think our customers would opt-in for Route because our price point is relatively small ($9-$32), however, surprisingly over 6% of our orders purchase Route. It's nice that it isn't any additional cost to us, but it is an additional service we can provide to our customer base. I think it can help breakdown any barriers for shoppers to purchase from us.
