Our company uses the Route Package Protection as a default add on for our customers orders. It has been a great service that has resolved many shipping issues and provides peace of mind to not only the customers but to us as well. Our representative, Robert, is always very helpful to us in resolving matters. Absolutely no complaints on this part of Route Services. However, we have been experiencing issues with international customers tracking their order on the Route App. I am still giving 5 stars here since not everything can be perfect all the time and I hope they will get whatever bug that is occurring resolved soon. Thanks Route!

Pretty great for what it does. We haven't had any issues with it really and our customers really seem to like it. We've only seem one or two actual claims come through but both were handled quickly and the customers were happy!

Very solid, always looks for solutions and response time and resolution has gotten much quicker since we started! We have a really fabulous rep, Katie, who has been extremely helpful with solving issues. We have a unique product that requires extra attention with shipping/damage issues and she's gone above and beyond to make Route work for us. We really love Route!

As others have mentioned, having Route as an extra layer of protection for our orders has been helpful. The CSMs we have worked with are quick to handle issues within the app or specific order situations.

Route has been an amazing addition to our company. When items are shipped we have no worries because they are always there to help our customers solve their problems should there be any in case of shipping companies losing or damaging packages. I have used route shipping for over a year now and feel it is very beneficial for anyone running an e-commerce business. They have been easy to work with recommended various things that have helped, And overall it is a better experience for both the customer and the business owner.
