Rozio AI ChatGPT Sales Chatbot

My store gets a lot of international traffic and questions from all over the world in different languages. Before Rozio, we were copy-pasting stuff into Google Translate just to keep up. Now Rozio just handles it. Most questions get answered automatically, and honestly, it does a better job than we ever could. Since adding it, we’ve seen a clear bump in international sales. Would give 6/5 if I could.

Honestly, best chatbot we've used. Setup was stupid easy, and it's been smooth sailing ever since. Rozio just gets our products and answers stuff better than we probably could The app support team isn’t instant, but when they reply, they really do help. Definately recommend if you’re tired of answering the same questions 100 times a day.

Since adding Rozio’s visual tracking, our customers instantly know where their package is, without needing to message us. The interactive map is super clear and shows the full delivery journey, which has drastically cut down on package tracking support tickets. It's made our lives easier and improved the customer experience. Very nice update!

I didn’t expect much but Rozio surprized me big time. Helped 3 customers on day one without me lifting a finger lol. I added some custom instructions and now it sounds just like our brand. Super happy with it now.
