A top-class app with top-class support!

We encountered a few difficulties during the initial set-up of our new shop, but the support team resolved them straight away.

Special thanks to Mr Turan and Mr Zulf, who immediately identified our problem and were very friendly to deal with.

Turan spent a long time working on my problem and didn't give up; the issue was resolved after 40 minutes.The chat assistant Turan was really helpful.

The default shopify variant functionality is limited. With Rubik, we can custom variant image display and control how the swatches look and behave....

Credit to Zulf in assisting me in troubleshooting it.. the setup was quick and easy! Support team was especially responsive too!

Rubik does exactly what I needed for assigning images to product variants. The variant galleries load very quickly, and I have not noticed any impact on page speed. The app is also very easy to use. That said, what really impressed me was the level of support.

Rubrik Variant Helped Me Out!

I was struggling with getting the variant images to display correctly across different languages on our BigK® store it was causing a lot of confusion for customers. The support team helped me out quickly and solved the issue without any hassle. The app itself works exactly as described and has made a big difference to how my product pages look. This app is very useful, one thing I would like for them to add is to allow the variant picker to also work on other pages, not just product pages. Zulf was very helpful and within minutes he helped fix something I was struggling with, with no effort on my side.
