RuleReturns

Set return rules per product. Qualifying returns are approved and refunded automatically.

RuleReturns lets you set a return rule for each product: how many days customers have to return it, and how it is resolved (refund, exchange or store credit). Customers request returns from a portal that only needs their order number and email. If the request meets the rule, the app opens the return in Shopify and processes the refund, store credit or exchange automatically. Items outside their rule's return window are not eligible. The app does not generate return shipping labels.
