Having tested many tracking apps ( having 7 installed on our Shopify platform and follow them all on a daily basis for weeks now) and found that the majority is having all major problems recognising the couriers we use (DB Schenker Sweden, DHL, UPS, PostNord). At least with this platform there is a huge amount of control in respect to Courier mapping, which is here the most advanced I have seen so far! Tracking information needs to be 100% accurate otherwise it would make no sense to use it at all. + it must run reliable and run in the back ground. When we book a shipment the tracking info is send to Shopify (from our courier platform) and then the racking app should update the tracking link to their tracking page. This needs to work and with the wrong courier mapping this would not work at all. So far all other apps failed here massively. Looks like Rush is outperforming them all. Also the tracking page needs to be clear and not cluttered. I have found only 1 other app which is maybe as good (design wise) but that app was also having problems with the couriers. So it looks like I am going to stick with Rush. Definitely one of the most advanced in terms of upselling possibilities because that is the ultimate goal, but foremost: The tracking data needs to be clear and accurate which it is. Support? Good, fast, helpful and of course very knowledgeable. So I think it needs to be 5 star.

I installed this app since more than 2 weeks now, and I really think it's one of the best on the market. In fact, the onboarding is really easy, the dashboards easy to understand, there are some important analytics easy to access, and much more! Overall great experience, super helpful as a dropshipper to get understanding of the "unknown gap" is time from China to US, before tracking kicks on. If you're saavy you can use their shipping event statuses to trigger email automation for updates on stages. I did this with Klaviyo then realized I need shopfiy plus to turn off certain emails, regardless still getting a lot of value out of the app -- it does what aftership cant for dropshipping

I've been using and testing the app for a couple of days now and are very happy with the functionality and how it integrates with our store! It is customizable so that it actually works with all of our 3 websites in a different language each! I tested through all the better tracking apps, and this was definitely working best with Shopify markets feature. It is translatable with Langshop and is even customizable with Shopify 2.0 themes. Also, Ken from the support team gave us very quick support with some mobile view customizations. And one more thing - it's one of the very few apps that shows you last mile carrier, which is a very useful feature, as we are sending to many countries in Europe.

Gabriel offered great support and helped me understand where a notification was not working correctly. He quickly gathered the information and we discovered it was being affected from outside their app and how to fix it.
You dont get service like that from many other apps.
Highly recommend Rush app !

If you are not using this app, you are doing your business a disservice. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service team. They have been incredibly responsive and have helped address and fix a few unique issues to make sure our setup is absolutely perfect. Great app! Great team!
