Initially I gave this app 5 stars. The emails and status updates that we're setting up are so mission critical that there can't be any mistakes! Things like Order Confirmations and Out for Delivery are pretty important. In the last 30 days this app has been a total and epic FAIL. 1. We set it up to notify customers about package stalls - and it stopped working. Status pulls are incorrect.
2. The app dashboard is completely useless. Doesn't help you resolve anything that is stuck in transit.
3. the final and last straw which is SUPER EMBARASSING is that the "Track Your Package" link button stopped working in the emails to our customers. This is just inexcusable!

A must have for every dropshipper! The team sets up everything for you and the app starts to generate sales on autopilot from your customers! If you want to squeeze as much revenue as you can and get less "where is my order" emails, this is the app for you! Amazingly responsive customer support goes beyond to address all issues and questions. Super recommended!

I've been using and testing the app for a couple of days now and are very happy with the functionality and how it integrates with our store! It is customizable so that it actually works with all of our 3 websites in a different language each! I tested through all the better tracking apps, and this was definitely working best with Shopify markets feature. It is translatable with Langshop and is even customizable with Shopify 2.0 themes. Also, Ken from the support team gave us very quick support with some mobile view customizations. And one more thing - it's one of the very few apps that shows you last mile carrier, which is a very useful feature, as we are sending to many countries in Europe.

This is really an incredible app, not only the amazing options and unique features only found on Rush, but also the customer support. This is 100% my favorite app on Shopify for those reasons. UNIQUE + CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
