Strongly recommend! Helped us to solve the constant 'where is my order' email influx, customer support guys are extremely happy about that :) Easy to set up, use, and manage (as the UX is amazing). Excellent integration with Klaviyo and so far, did not have any issues. 5/5

Rush is one of the best tracking apps on Shopify! Honestly, probably the best tracking app out there. Nice UX, great support and the back office is easy and works well for our business to grow every day! I recommend Rush strongly!

Customer service has been very helpful. Initial setup has been quite straight forward and they helped to set up integration with third party email services.

I started my online business importing products from around the world which could lead to very unhappy customers not being updated about their product delivery. Rush helped me keep a clear understanding from them and avoid too many "where is my order" chats, emails and messages in general, I don't have to do that anymore since customers can do it themselves and with a branded page easy to configure

Rush app is part of our stack that brings extra revenues, definitely a game changer both on the customer side and on the business side. Also, I love their seamless klaviyo integration. It brought us a lot of extra revenues since we started using it!

Rush has worked great for our store so far. It was a very simple onboarding process because the app is integrated with existing apps we already use! Above everything else though, their customer service team is available 24-7 and has been so helpful with our questions.
