Att visa lokala transportörer på spårningssidan minskade arbetet med kundsupport. Tidigare fick vi negativa erfarenheter av kunder som inte kände igen transportörerna, men nu kan vi ge dem en direkt telefonlinje när de missade leveransen av deras beställning eller vem de ska ringa för att boka om och be om de sista leveransuppgifterna. Detta hjälper oss att skapa en direkt kommunikation mellan lokala transportörer och kunder, i stället för att vara i mitten.

Very good Tracking app! Had a introduction call with the Rush team. Helped me out very well.
After the call they came with a new email everyday regarding the next step in setting up the account, which helped out a lot and gave a lot of tips! The team is setting me up great and knows what the issues most of the time are because they have experience themselves. Would always recommend this app, especially because the team is helping out so well!

Brilliant idea and great way to keep your customers engaged with your brand as they track their orders. The customer support is excellent and very personalized. Overall a great service, still working our a few bugs, but I have no doubt their service will continue to improve and become a top shopify extension.
