This app definitely saves a lot of time! From now I can easily upload all my tracking with CSV and works just perfectly. Support is always open for help. This is the greatest app for tracking because they even have upsells on it.

With Rush now on both of our Shopify stores, it has been one of our best updates of the last year. There is revenue coming from the email flows and our setup is currently very basic. Support from the team during setup has been excellent, helping solve any little issues that presented along the way. We would definitely recommend it to help improve customer experience and order status transparency.

For a free plan, this app packs a lot of functions. It is very useful for a consistent brand image. The pricing plans also seem very reasonable, as it takes into account the growth of your store.
