Extremely disappointing experience. For months, we've been trying to resolve an issue with our tracking page, but all we receive are vague assurances that it’s being looked into. The initial support was great, but that quickly faded once we became customers.

Unfortunately, Rush has proven to be a poor investment. Their tracking page is unreliable and confusing for our customers (since it's providing inaccurate information like an order being in the US when it's actually in the UK, etc.), failing to deliver on any of the promises made when we signed up. We are now prioritizing a switch to a new platform.

The app stopped working as advertised some time ago. Shopify shipping notifications do not work, constant problems here and there. Support is useless. Will be migrating to another shipping tracker.
