James and his company have been incredibly supportive to my startup business and have done an outstanding job ensuring I understood how to use their software. James, Sean and team at Whiplash have been extremely helpful to work with from the start. This was our first experience with product fullfillment, so we did our due dilligence and researched and interviewed all the Shopify-integrated options . Some we found to be mega-fullfillment houses that we would get lost in the shuffle, and others never got back to our call or email. Whiplash was on it from the get-go.

Whiplash has been very helpful in getting my products to my customers. They have not yet missed an order to any of my customers. I had quite a few questions when getting set up and James, the CEO was very helpful and answered my questions directly. I think my company challenged them a bit with far larger than normal packages and worldwide shipping destinations but with a little tweaking and support they have adapted and everything is working automatically now. My company is located in Canada and shipping out of the USA saves my customers money. If you don't want to do your own shipping then I'd recommend using whiplash!

Whiplash is an amazing fulfillment company, and their Shopify integration only makes them better! The app is easy to install and allows direct coordination with the Whiplash online interface. Plus, the folks at Whiplash are extremely responsive to anything you need help with! Great app, great company.

I went with Whiplash after considering other fulfilment company (Shipwire and some others). While Shipwire caused me headaches and was very complicated to setup, Whiplash was ready to work in just about 2h and just one simple phone call to answer all my questions! Honestly I highly recommend them!! They are simple, straight forward and really awesome! The packaging is impeccable too!! Go ahead, you won’t be disappointed!
