I decided to try Whiplash after pulling out most of my hair dealing with another fulfilment company (namely, Shipwire). It's been a few weeks and, in comparison, I am finding Whiplash like a breath of fresh air. Their systems and interface are refreshingly straight forward and simple. And the customer service is quick and friendly. I highly recommend them.
We have been working with James and the team from whiplash for many months and are continuously impressed with their hands on approach. The are partners in the truest sense of the word and treat our customers as their own and its feels great. This app is a great example of how they are continuing to push forward and offer a great service.
Whiplash is amazing. They have transformed our business, and I can't thank them enough. Their customer support is very quick to reply, and they are just great at what they do. It was a little scary at first when we decided to ship our inventory to another company that we did not know much about. But I am so glad we did. The admin pages can be a little confusing sometimes, especially when you first start working with them, but like I said, their customer support is excellent and ready to answer any questions that you may have. If you are not currently using whiplash to manage your inventory and handle shipping your orders, then you are missing out on a top notch service that is dedicated to helping you succeed. Thank you so much Whiplash. We are big fans.
First of all I would like to point out that this company is by far the number one pic in my book as far as shipping, quality service and customer service. I can't count how many times I messed my orders up with them. They were so patient and kind and very helping. I really appreciate their service and their time. They also get your packages sent out promptly. So I want to personally say thank you whiplash for all of your support and being patient with me and dealing with my problems.
I have been using Whiplash fulfillment for my company GiantMouse Knives for several years now. Based on my experience, I have brought on Whiplash for my second company (carpediemedc.com). The team at my Whiplash shipping facility is amazing, and incredibly responsive to any and all issues that arise with shipping product to customers. And Heather and the rest of the customer service team at Whiplash HQ is always there to help resolve anything that my local shipping team can't.
Whiplash has been awesome to work with. We were very hesitant to let an outside company fulfill our pre-orders, but Whiplash have done a great job. We've worked with them for 6 months now and have no complaints. In fact, we have much praise for them. They are not a faceless company with uncaring employees. They are the exact opposite. Any questions we've had have been promptly and intelligently answered. Issues with returned packages are addressed right away, and not forgotten part way through when a multi-step solution is required. Plus, their vinyl album mailers are indestructible. We've had no damaged in shipping issues that were not obviously the fault of the carrier. Plus, James and crew are all super nice to work with. Highly recommended!
Getting orders out the door with our brand standards used to be a bottleneck. Now its effortless.
This company is incredible for taking care of shippping your products - we have used them since we opened and have not had one issue and nothing but great service - they take away all the headaches of shipping products - HIGHLY RECOMMNEDED!
Great company, run by good people who actually care about what they do. Since signing on with them to do my fulfillment they've continuously grown their company in great ways.
Yea - these guys are gods. Everything works without a hiccup and amazing personal service to boot. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.
