They've been handling my fulfillment for a few years now and I have never had a problem. Great customer service and great team in general!
We have been very pleased with Whiplash and would highly recommend to other companies! James is fair, honest and very hard working, as is the rest of the wonderful Ann Arbor team. We can always count on Whiplash to help us in a pinch and to follow through as promised.

Whiplash has provided excellent service in every facet of their operation. We did a lot of research before we decided that Whiplash had the best features and services for our Shopify shop. A superb solution for small manufacturers like us who also sell their items at retail. We literally could not do this without Whiplash. From receiving, to warehousing, to organization, to CS, to fulfillment and even returns, they handle everything with ease.
Talking to other fulfillment services felt like talking to a car salesman and a high school teacher. Features were pushed to us whether we wanted them or not and it felt like we had homework to do before we could use their services.
Whiplash is fulfillment done right. The interface is uncluttered and intuitive. It has everything we need, nothing more and nothing less. And customer service is like talking to a buddy that cares.
Whiplash has been instrumental in the growth of the two shops that I run on Shopify. Both are using Whiplash warehousing and fulfillment. It's seamless, easy, customer service is readily available, everything is so easy. There is literally no way I would be in the position I am in now without Whiplash services. Highly recommended, cannot be stated more enthusiastically! A++++
The app is buggy - the sync does not work well. You will find yourself with a lot of ghost-inventory (the staff is entirely unable to fix their app issues either). The company has literally zero business ethics - they only care about your money. As for myself : they tried to extort a $1100 packing fee when I tried to leave for what would have amounted to a few boxes of inventory - maybe a half a days work. When I refused to pay (what was an packing fee OVER the value of my inventory) the refused to send it and kept it for themselves - citing some shady TOS agreement. AVOID this company. The app is buggy and the customer service is abysmal.
Working with Whiplash has been easy, I use their warehouses in USA and UK. When I've needed their help, their customer service team have been responsive (by email and messaging). Often when I've needed help it's been to get a report which I've later learned is available on the web-portal. Before working with Whiplash I had terrible experiences with 2 other fulfillment services, I've been with them for over a year now, I'd choose them again.
I really don't like giving my business secrets away.....but Whiplash is so awesome that I have to. They are everything they advertise; fast, accurate and awesome. James is a pleasure working with and will definitely take care of you. The app works great with Shopify; it's easy to use and works automatically when orders come through. And the pricing is more than fair. Totally recommend Whiplash!
Whiplash is great. Seriously so much simpler than Shipwire. The set up didn't stress me out one bit, they barcode everything for you, and they are responsive. You can email or call them, they know who you are and can help you with your issue right away. They don't do custom packaging but their pricing is really competitive. It's just all the things you need and none of the crap you don't!
