Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

To clarify, our email automation system will send review requests for orders where the customer's email is verified through Shopify. However, to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues, we do not send review request emails for orders where the email is not verified.

This app is riddled with bugs. Every time I reach out to customer service, their default response is "you're wrong," regardless of the issue.

I added this app since it says it's compatible with my store. This particular store is the $5 starter plan as it's only used for shipping a few products, my other store is for local pick up & delivery. This was just the most economical and user friendly way to set up my stores. Even though this app claims to be compatible with the starter plan, the widgets will not add. When I asked customer service I was informed that the review widget is not compatible with the starter plan and I need to upgrade. So I guess I'll look for a different app.

While our app strives to be compatible with most Shopify themes, certain features, like the review widget, are on Shopify's Starter Plan due to its restrictions on customization or editing theme files, so our widgets could not be added.

A lot of bugs (reviews that don't appear on a huge amount of products, translation that doesn't work etc...) of course the support is always there to fix, but you always have to keep an eye to see if everything is correctly visible. Moreover it is impossible to download all the reviews in a single csv file. We have to do it in an infinite amount of files.

I wanted to receive a link for the "Write a review" interface that I can incorporate in an email. After waiting for 1 week for an answer from support, was told it is not possible - really? It looks like an easy task for me. Why such lack of cooperation? Also, the emails you can set up in the app to ask for a review do not include unsubscribe link. Bad service.

As I'm checking, you imported reviews via CSV used incorrect file format so reviews cannot import to your product. If you don't know how to use then please contact us before leaving a bad review :(
