Great app, has its problems but it works, their support replies very quickly, could have better import options

It's great, and the assistant is professional. Any one who want to make our store more great, you've got to get that.
I've used many different review programs and it's great to use this app, especially for collecting reviews from Amazon. There are three fly in the ointment:
(1) There is no comment promotion function, such as customer comments or sharing comments to get discounts, etc.;
(2) There is no comment sharing function, and others cannot share comments on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
(3) Uploading video comments is not supported.

L'app funziona perfettamente e quando ho avuto problemi lo staff mi ha aiutato in pochissimo tempo e risolto il mio problema
Sarebbe meglio se fosse possibile avere una sezione per modificare la visione delle recensioni con il proprio tema
