I have tried other review apps. I have just started using RYVIU and it is my absolute favorite until now. I had a request to change a few things on my page regarding the position of my reviews, I contacted the support team, and Selina solved my issues. In 2 minutes. She was great and the app is great. Very good app!
The only app in the store with Q&A feature which allows answering customer's questions by other customers (and not only by admin). That creates additional engagement to your store from the customer's side, and if those answers are worthy, lessen workload for the admin. That exact function is presented in Amazon as well, and it's a shame that other similar apps don't provide that feature. Also I found customer support a great help. It has extra long working hours (from 8am till 11:59pm) and is very friendly. 

The app is very useful and easy to navigate. Plus awesome customer support, extremely fast and helpful! Totally recommend this app

Customer service is amazing. They get back to you in minutes and resolve any dramas with code etc right away!

This app is awesome. I was having some problems getting it to work, because I had the wrong settings. It got fixed with Selina help from the Support team. Friendly support team.
