I added this app as i liked the look of it however it was missing star ratings on product page. I tried adding the code myself as instructed but found it a bit difficult so contacted the Ryviu team who responded immediately and resolved it for me. the app is easy to use and i like it very much.

I encountered a problem after installing the app, that is, the star pattern cannot be displayed under the title of my product. Send them a message and immediately replied to me and quickly solved it. Great after-sales team! The only bad thing is that they must write 100 words in their app reviews. I am not happy!

There are aspects of this review app that are very good. The control over the look and feel of the review and Q&A widgets is excellent. However, there are several areas where the developer could improve. We're having significant issues with spam reviews or Q&A entries (ie: a question with 1 character, submitted over and over again). The developer has ignored our request for help with spam filtering. It had gotten so bad at one point that we were forced to disable the Q&A function. We'd also like to see the ability for reviews or Q&A to be shared automatically across more than one product. There are situations, especially with the Q&A function, where the questions are applicable across a wide range of nearly identical products. Our previous review app on our old shopping cart did allow this feature.

App not working well. bad application
I'm trying to transfer comments but to no avail. In addition they have a monthly subscription . this is shame

Simply phenomenal support they responded super fast and were very efficient, I was having problems with the application configuration and I managed to fix it

Hierbei geht es um die Support Mitarbeiterin Selina, sie macht eine unglaubliche Arbeit.
Ich habe selten so eine gute Support Mitarbeiterin gesehen wie sie!. Sie antwortet schnell und tut alles um das Problem des Kunden zu lösen. Egal ob man für die App bezahlt hat oder nicht sie tut ihr bestes und löst die Probleme. Vielen Dank!
