Ryviu: Product Reviews & QA

This App has great effect on the store's speed score, its very disappointing to see my speed score drop down crazy when I apply this app, however it seems the score is not that accurate because the actual speed of opening a product page is still fast, why?

I encountered two problems in the use of the software. Ryviu staff provided support and quickly solved the problem. I recommend this software!

I installed this app since it had a full integration with my store's template (which is not an official Shopify one, but a Theme Forest one). And I'm very happy with it so far - It works well and is very easy to setup & use. It integrated perfectly with my theme with some very basic CSS code. Needed some basic support and Dan from the team was incredibly quick to response. Very happy in general so far with only one improvement area for me: I'd like to have a form in the reminder e-mail so that my customers could just fill in the form to submit their reviews (without the need to visit my site again to submit reviews).

The application is no longer useful because you can't edit the comments you import. Knowing that most of the comments are in a foreign language and very poorly written, so you can't fix the mistakes or translate them. They rely on a Shopify article that prohibits using services for deceptive business practices. However, this in no way prohibits translation and correction of mistakes. So there is absolutely no justification for this removal. The proof is that other competing applications have not removed this option. And even if it's true that you can use them to completely change the comments as you like, it's not their fault. It would be like banning a business from selling knives on the grounds that customers can use them to kill people.

Very poor customer service, it seems they can always decide when to respond to a customer's message at their whim.

They are really professional and a company with great service, I think I will always use their products.

I really appreciate the help of the customer service to solve my problem, it's a great application and it's free.

The app is really awesome clear, the support is amazing reactive, i recommand Ryviu if you want i real perfect app for your store.

This App, It doesn't work well on my shop. When I refresh the page, the reviews disappear. It's weird, there is a cache problem with this application.

The app is easy to use and the support is very helpful and responsive! They have answered both questions that I have had so far within minutes.
